Yiota  Panayiotis 

Acupuncture & Herbal Medicine

 

Born and raised in London, Yiota has been practising Chinese  medicine for the past 19 years. In that time she has been a fully  qualified and insured member of the British Acupuncture Council. Six years ago she received her MSc in Chinese Herbal Medicine  from the University of Westminster.

Both before and during her time as a practitioner she has worked  in various fields. This has involved working closely with those  diagnosed with mental health issues, neurological disorders, and  those diagnosed with HIV and AIDS. In her private practice she  sees a wide range of health issues, particularly gynecological,  obstetric and fertility problems, has worked closely with those  undergoing chemotherapy and has also had experience working  with terminal patients.

Yiota is deeply involved with the energetic understanding of her  medicine and has a background in Qigong, TaiChi and meditation.

As the founder of The Sacred Tree, she welcomes the opportunity to provide natural alternatives to healing in the local community of Winchmore Hill and the surrounding areas.
